Please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. Deliveries will need to be signed for.

Free Delivery to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands - for orders over £75+VAT.
Orders under £12.00+vat are charged at £5.00+vat per order.
Orders between £12.01+vat and £75.00+vat are charged at £6.90+VAT per order.
Some postcodes in Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and IoM have a delivery surcharge based on the weight of the order. The shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

'Post & Rope', and 'Tensabarrier' products are normally 5-7 working days delivery to UK. To order plese call us on 01493 718084 - these cannot be ordered online and are not included in the free delivery offer.
'Exhibition' barrier is a special order and will take 2-3 weeks.
RETURNS
Please call 01493 718084 and let us know about the problem. We will assist you with any query you may have.
How to return goods
For reasons other than damaged, not working, or wrong goods, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Premier Barriers will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are: a) undamaged and in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. personalised d) in the possession of the customer for more than 5 working days without informing Premier Barriers. In all cases Premier Barriers reserve the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.
Consumers have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to return the goods, at their own expense and within 7 working days, for a full refund. Refunds in these cases will be given upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer and the receipt of the goods in a saleable condition. This does not apply to personalised goods or goods made or modified to the Consumers specification.
The address for any returns will be given by Premier Barriers and may be different in each case.
Once clearance has been given by Premier Barriers, please package securely and dispatch to the given address.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure you sign for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked". |
